Dear Mum – Two letters from you to hand this month, and one from Joan. I had a big thrill a few days ago, when I chap I’ve not seen since leaving England came over from a neighbouring compound to play football. You can imagine the chin-wagging! I’ve had news of Thos from Peggy Murray, who keeps me well informed. You’ll be pleased to hear of the welcome arrival of the chocolate, in time for Xmas. Love to yourself & the folks – Arnold G.
