Dear Mum – Christmas is getting close now and I’m hoping there’ll be some mail from N.Z. by then, as some of the N.Zedders here have been getting letters in very quick time recently. Forgot to mention having met Ian Alexander, ex-Taieri, in London when last on leave; he’s made it at last in spite of illness.
